Planet Solutions Group ("we", "us") runs planet.nyc. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, company (if you add it), and your message.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you send, along with your email address or phone number.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and gives us only aggregate numbers, not information that identifies you.
This site does not use advertising, tracking cookies, or marketing pixels.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your inquiry, discuss and deliver a project, and keep a record of our conversations with clients. We use visit statistics only to improve the website.
Who else handles it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the visit statistics.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and LinkedIn handle any messages or activity on their platforms when you use those links, under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and any period required for business or tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@planet.nyc and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
